Welcome to Bawarchi App. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Mohsin Ishfaq (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Bawarchi App mobile application.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register:
For Clients (Users): Name, email address, phone number, and optional profile pictures.
For Chefs: Name, email, phone number, professional specialties, experience, and profile/certification imagery.
1.2 Photos and Media
The App allows you to upload photos for your profile or professional documents.
Storage: These images are uploaded to and stored securely in Firebase Storage.
Access: We only access your gallery or camera when you explicitly choose to upload a photo. We do not access any other private media on your device.
1.3 Location Data
To help you find Chefs nearby or suggest addresses, the App may request access to your device's approximate or precise location.
Note: We do not track your location in the background. You can always enter your address manually.
1.4 Booking and Messaging Data
Service Data: We store data related to your orders, chef offers, and reviews to make the app work.
Chat: We store message content to allow real-time communication between Clients and Chefs.
Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you alerts. A unique device token is collected for this purpose.

We may collect technical information such as your device type and advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) to show relevant ads via AdMob.

4. Data Deletion & Retention
We retain your information as long as your account exists.
How to Delete Your Data:
In-App Deletion: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will initiate the removal of your profile, authentication, and associated data.

Bawarchi App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
